Our lives are so fast and we're juggling so much, stress has become an epidemic. So much so that, that stress is now cited as a leading factor in illnesses from heart disease to cancer and dementia.
Health is important and so is our enjoyment of life. This 12-week workshop is more than learning to managing stress, it is actually about getting the balance right in the template of your life to maximise your health, reduce stress, raise resilience and be able to enjoy your downtime with family and friends without the overpowering shadow of stress.
In this workshop;
We look at the key stress factors with a special focus on how they relate to us as women
Learn how to start managing a healthier mindset (the dialogue we have with ourselves) and the benefits that brings
How small changes in different areas of your life will start to make big differences in your experience of stress and the amount of sleep you get!
It would be a challenge to change everything overnight, to support your success we identify a step-by-step approach that you can start to implement easily without it being overwhelming.
Learn breathing and mindfulness techniques
Group hypnosis, hypnosis downloads and info resources to help you stick to your Resilient Woman approach
Support each other as a group on the calls and the facebook page to help move through the conflicts, demands, life and thought patterns that make us feel frazzled
Q&A sessions and the opportunity to have one-to-one coaching too.
