Private 1-2-1 Coaching - How it Works

Let's discover the blocks to your life and career success and resolve them and at the same time gain the health, energy and vitality so crucial to your day-to-day life. 

I combine a number of tools and techniques to help you reach your goal which include Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), coaching and Clinical Hypnotherapy.  Alongside these, I passionately research the latest science and techniques for food nutrition, sleep and more; to hone a programme that fits your life, your mind, your body as well as achieving your goals. 

I only work with a selected number of  private clients at a time.  Working with me requires commitment to achieve the outcomes you are looking for, contact me if you are able to:

  1. Commit to a 3 or 6-month coaching programme - During your coaching we will work with powerful coaching techniques but true change and new behaviour takes commitment over a period of time. The only exception is smoking cessation hypnotherapy which is typically resolved far faster. 

  2. Commit diary time for our regular one-to-one sessions by Skype or face-to-face.

  3. Commit to delivering inter-session tasks and/or reports and deliver your work 24 hours prior to your next session.

  4. Recognise that if you don't do the work and commit to the process then you will be undermining your own results.
